How a Live Session with Rex Works
Open the app and point your camera at the problem. Rex watches through the camera and talks with you by voice, so both hands stay free. When the fix needs several steps, Rex shows a repair plan on screen and moves to the next step as you go. Before anything risky, such as opening an appliance that is still plugged in, a safety warning appears. For gas, mains electrical work or anything you are not comfortable with, Rex tells you to call a licensed professional. After the session you get a short summary of what was done. FixMode works in 23 languages.
